(June 9, 2016 --Chicago, IL) -- Beneficiaries increasingly are turning to the courts to settle disputes with fiduciaries. These cases increase fiduciary risk and raise legal and ethical issues. Representing Estate and Trust Beneficiaries and Fiduciaries is a two-day conference sponsored by the American Bar Association's ALI-CLE that focuses on litigation topics and trends. The program presentations and discussions include:

* Capacity and Undue Influence
* Mandatory Mediation and Arbitration and Pre-Mortem Probate
* Decoding Current Fiduciary Law
* Bends and Trends in Fiduciary Land

The conference is being held in Chicago, on July 7 and 8. However, it is possible to attend via webcast and receive conference material electronically.

This is an advanced level program, according to an American Bar Association spokesman. It is designed for attorneys, fiduciary officers, executors, trustees, and others involved in advising trust settlors, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries.
